The account hacking upgrade allows for the deduction of the enemy’s available funds.
By hacking and accessing bank accounts revealed by enemy prisoners, the enemy can be affected with major financial damage. Each time enemy unit an enemy unit is captured, half of that unit’s cost is also deducted from that enemy’s available funds.[1]
