In addition to its normal bomb damage, with the BLU-144 Blackout bomb (purchased at the aircraft control tower), a successful FA-35 sortie will also disable a target structure for fifteen seconds. This is especially useful for taking out anti-aircraft and counter-tactical weapon defenses.[1]
