The MAZ-7310 "Uragan", also known simply as the scud launcher, is a Soviet/Belorussian 8x8 artillery truck designed and developed by MAZ in the 1960s.
In Act of War: High Treason, it serves as the mobile and only tactical weapon in the gamemode Scud launcher. The Scud launcher recharges every 2 and a half minutes before firing a Scud tactical ballistic missile. If the scud launcher is destroyed, it will cause a massive explosion, damaging or destroying nearby units and structures, so it is not a good idea to place it in your base.
In reality, SCUD launcher is at least twice the size than in the game.
